At K9 Ballistics®, we stand behind the durability and quality of our gear with a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations for fit or style, we are committed to making it right for you and your canine companion.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, apply the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
